Myopathy has multiple causes. This neurological case follows the investigation and diagnosis of a 75 year old female who presents with reduced mobility and weakness that has developed over the preceding years. The patient is diagnosed with HMGCR antibody-associated immune-mediated necrotizing myopathy, a rare cause of myopathy that has a strong association with statin exposure.
