The UK CARDIO-IMID Partnership is an initiative that brings together experts in cardiovascular and immune-mediated inflammatory diseases across 32 centres in the UK.

Our mission is to transform the management of cardiovascular involvement of people with IMIDs through better understanding of inflammation science of cardiovascular disease, enhanced diagnostics and monitoring and precision therapeutics. This will be achieved by establishing a world class patient-centred, dynamic and sustainable, collaborative UK infrastructure in cardio-rheumatology to conduct scalable experimental medicine research and targeted therapeutic trials. We are also delivering bespoke educational content, provided by world-leading experts in the field, via the UK CARDIO-IMID Hub to train the next generation of cardio-rheumatology clinicians, researchers, and HCPs.
